Crazy is only okay when you have a certain level of self-awareness that you are being ridiculous and crazy and everything is said and done with a tinge of irony and self-deprecating humour. Otherwise, you are just straight-up insane and THAT GIVES ME SO MUCH SECOND-HAND EMBARRASSMENT.
So seriously, please QUIT updating your Facebook statuses waxing lyrical about how much you adore a certain singer/actor OVER, AND OVER AGAIN. And then gushing about how wonderful he is and how you "dreamt about him" *cringecringecringe*. Nobody needs to see all of that. That's what a blog is for. Okay FINE, I suppose I could deal with all of that. It's not as though I'm the sanest person on earth anyway. But what I have to completely draw the line at is PHOTOSHOPPING YOURSELF INTO THE SAME PICTURE AS YOUR IDOL. THAT SHIT AIN'T OK.
Yes I realise this could be slightly hypocritical of me (not really, because I will never 1. buy a shirt with Adam Lambert's face on it. 10 cds, maybe, NO SHIRT EVER THANK YOU. 2. join his fanclub AND go to fanclub meetings 3. make banners. NO, JUST. NO. I may pay money to go to ten of his concerts but I would sooner kill myself than make a banner or poster 4. PHOTOSHOP MYSELF INTO THE SAME PICTURE AS HIM. well that's coz I have an actual picture of that but that's completely besides the point BECAUSE I STILL WOULD NEVER DO THINGS LIKE THAT. GAHHHHH ) but hey, only about 3 people read this blog anyway so it's as good as private (SORRY TO ALL THOSE STILL READING. Only not really)
Okay I am well aware that besides having no right to judge anyone for being insane, I also have no right to well, judge anyone for anything, really. I am always of the opinion that as long as you are not hurting anyone with whatever you say or do, you should just go ahead and do it. You are entertaining me anyway (minus the bits where I'm cringing so hard from embarrassment) Therefore this post is pointless. Except that I had a nice time ranting :)
