Well what a thoroughly relaxing weekend. As planned, I've done absolutely nothing but watch a whole lot of movies and spent 90% of the two days in my bed. In fact, I've watched more movies than I did in the last couple of months. I am so proud of myself. I also spent almost 200 bucks on clothes. That part I'm not too proud but.. eh. :)

So this was what I watched (I don't know why I feel a need to put these down. It's just a natural compulsion)

- White Collar
- 10 Things I Hate About You (nobody judge me)
- SNL where JGL hosted (like I said, nobody judge me)
- Jumper (complete and utter garbage. I never thought I'd want to punch a pretty boy in the face because he was so thoroughly annoying and stupid. Also, Hayden Christiensen (however you spell it, I cant be arsed to check) and Rachel Bilson have zero chemistry which is really hilarious considering they are a real-life off-screen couple)
- Love and Other Drugs (surprisingly charming and not as stupid as I thought it'd be)
- Gattaca (Still amazing after so many years.)
- Daybreakers (CAN YOU TELL I LOVE SCIFI MOVIES YET)
- 30 mins of Street Kings (I got bored of Keanu looking gloomy)
- The A-Team (SO AWESOME. I WILL WATCH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING WITH LIAM NEESON IN IT. SO. KICKASS)
- Minority Report (MORE SCIFI MOVIES)

This weekend, I'm doing absolutely nothing but lying around in my bed the whole day, watching trashy shows and horror movies, eating and online shopping. I haven't had a weekend like that in a long time and I'm looking forward to it :)

Next week it'll be back to more parties and food. lol.

I think I need to get back into the habit of reading magazines. I'd love to, don't get me wrong; I just cannot find the time, and even when I can, I'm just too tired to be able to concentrate. But in any case I seriously need to read more. I'm not very happy with the way I write sometimes. NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH.

Yeah this is completely random, and also typed on the bus. My thoughts, they're pressing.

I wonder at what point of time did I stop being able to write linearly when it comes to long articles. I usually have a million thoughts jumbled up and I'll have to type all of them down separately before piecing them together and rearranging to form something coherent. It's fun sometimes, but also extremely stressful when I cannot fucking concentrate LIKE NOW, so everything is just floating around randomly and I can't put them together properly. BLAH.

So recently, much to the dismay of my wallet, I've decided that I simply just don't have enough acceptable clothes. ie. clothes that are not from online blogshops. Therefore, instead of buying weekly from them, I'm going to cut all of online blogshopping out (or try to), and buy biweekly from physical stores :D or at least from online retailers that don't mass produce 2349827394 pieces to be sold in Singapore.

And I think it's going pretty well so far! Two dresses from ASOS for only 70 bucks, and one from Miss Selfridge for 79! The most important thing is, I'm not going to run into the owners of the blogshop whose clothes I'm wearing at some event okay? (long story, don't feel like repeating etc etc)

My number one weakness:

PRETTY MEN WITH BABIES.



Cillian Murphy and baby (oh bloody hell his EYES and CHEEKBONES are to die for) and quite obviously the kid's his son (er daughter?) judging by the same pretty eyes.



Tom Hardy and well.. not quite (child actor) baby. STILL ADORABLE AS HELL. Omg if I see a dad who looks like him walking along the street..

This may come as a complete shock, but I have seriously have no interest in fashion at all.

lol.

Okay let me rephrase that. I love clothes, I love wearing things that make me look good, but I have no interest in the history, the mechanics, the intricacies nitty gritty little stuff about high fashion. I don't care about the evolution/revolution/whatthefuckever about high fashion, don't give a shit about trends, and least of all, I HAVE NO INTEREST IN WRITING ABOUT FASHION. God, how many times can I use "clean lines and classic structures"?! And there are only that many pretentious french phrases (joie de vivre LOL I DONT EVEN REALLY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS ANYMORE) I can throw in before I exhaust my entire vocabulary.

Okay I guess it all boils down to me not liking things I'm not good at. This entry is therefore pointless. Never mind. Back to work. I WILL CONQUER YOU YOU STUPID PIECE OF SHIT ARTICLE.

Oh and also today marks the 3rd time some relative asked whether I've lost weight/am on a diet. Well what do you know, apparently having media tastings every other day + REALLY late lunches is agreeing with me. AND NO, I DON'T THINK I'VE LOST WEIGHT. IT'S AN ILLUSION. I'M GOOD AT PICKING CLOTHES. That is all.
