am tired. very very tired. working's not fun.

working is everything i thought it would be like, and more


it's boring, it's monotonous, the pay sucks, the hours are long
(and trust me, hell yeah it's monotonous. it was so monotonous that i wanted to quit after one day. i'm adjusting, but i'm not having any high hopes)
there are your typical office bitches (ie act chio, treat you like dirt just because you're 18 yada yada. NEXT TIME I COME BACK BE YOUR BOSS THEN YOU KNOW AH!)
and there are your typical poseurs-cum-chao bengs (ie a typical vj guy, really) who swagger around the office and talk real loudly.

so anyway i was in such a foul mood after the first day of work.
but well, as you know, you eventually get used to the job scope
then it gets pretty easy
(and then by the 4th day u realise that you've finished everything you're supposed to do in a day before lunch, so you pretend to be doing work when you're actually sitting there doing naught but collecting six dollars per hour and going to the pantry for milo)
(tomorrow i shall aim to finish even faster so that i'm effectively doing nothing for half the day hyak hyak hyak.)


i have no idea how long i can last on this job. monotonity (or whatever) puts me off. but so far it has been 200 plus bucks (yah lah, lesser than a lot of people i know), so there's motivation.

well we had a lovely dinner at sangi's lovely house. the post-party gossip session was the highlight actually :)
deep dark secrets revealed! and we even have a common dislike for a particular somebody!

anyway it was a great great outing, but since i'm lazy to go into details..

we had lunch at a jap restaurant
we rotted at suntec's starbucks
we had dinner at crystal jade (and saw shaun chen. good-looking!)
went in search of a pub at clarke quay, before finally settling down at insomia at chjimes
lovely lovely :)
