I find it amusing yet tragic that I'm actually looking forward to listening to Obama's State of the Union address (or at least watch Jon Stewart break it down in 20 minutes with a barrage of jokes) while the last time I sat down and listened to the annual PM address was er... never. Singapore politics? Pfft. I only pay attention when they're giving out GST offset packages and when they raise the price of bus fares, if not.. bleh. Is there ever any interesting/worth debating about going on anyway?

And they wonder why the younger generation's so apathetic to what goes on in the country.
