right, anyway. city hall's starbucks is really quite a lovely place to spend your entire day at studying. it's not exactly a quiet place, what with all the angmoh tourists sipping lattes, the japanese taitais decked in Chanel from head-to-toe, the sharply dressed businessmen (some of the angmoh ones really quite yum. haha!). and of course there's your occasional Hot Dad With Adorable Kids.
