hehe yeah. so yesterday was a day of cookie baking and movie watching at lyd's lovely new house! (in addition to being lovely, it's also just two bus stops from my house, so doubly lovely! :))
the cookie baking turned out all weird because they ended up like mini pancakes with large chocolate chips. but heck, it still tastes good.
and in the meantime, we watched shutter (the classic horror movie, as seah puts it. heng ah. luckily i know the plot beforehand and seah's on hand to warn us before the ghost pops out) and the jackie chan and cute baby show.
got atmosphere right!
but after watching the two movies, we had nothing better to do because it was like 5pm and there were only crap shows on tv. so what do bored girls with a nice macbook do?
CAMWHORE! (shouted akin to HOEDOWN! yes some of you know what i mean la. haha)
after that it was another round of crap-tv-watching - project superstar and that hilarious channel8 show at 9pm. HAHA. some of the acting was so excruciatingly bad we were laughing at all the wrong times. lyd says that it's just like watching Star Idol all over again. HOW TRUE.
ok anyway i'm very sad because the site where i download my precious episodes of whoseline and the drew carey show is GONE. :( well, it's been fun while it lasted. now it's back to youtube.
