I'm reading Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown right now.
I just finished Angels and Demons a couple of days ago.
Boy was I traumatized.
I finished the book arnd 1130 at night, n all the events tt went on in the book juz started appearing in my mind when I was in the toilet. I was spooked man.
Not that the book was on anything abt ghosts or spirits or whatever.
It's just the way the author writes.
Grabs ur imagination n refuses to let it go.
No wonder I didn’t get much sleep. I was having nightmares.
Haha.
But seriously. Dan brown is one hell of a writer.
I am so impressed by how much he actually knows abt ancient history, art.. all the things abt satanic cults etc..
Da Vinci Code is absolutely captivating.
N I;m so surprised that I was actually so absorbed after just a few pages.
Goes to show tt I have my intellectual days too :D
Mr chew first recommended the book to us. Something to do with feminism? What we were discussing abt during GP just a couple of months ago.
I have yet to get to the feminism part. But jiayin says it wld be a shocking ending all right.
