yesterday's co practice. definitely the best in so many months. i'm actualli starting to feel proud of my cca. n trying to get ppl to watch the concert nxt sat! previous times i admit i was quite embarrassed to ask anyone to the concert. now i'm actualli saying we are good! wat a big change. guo ls deserves the credit. onli when he conducts do you get the motivation to play better. no such effect frm the other conductor. yesterday sitting among the other members, surrounded by the music, suddenly had a sense of pride. something which i had not felt for a veri veri long time. it was something veri familiar. something which was part of being in dhsco! (yea yea. yet again). all the sections are definitely improving. percussion's gd. xyz n tby n dyb gd as usual. the dizis finally got a grip on their techniques! wohoo. there's hope for us yet.
last yr syf. yue fei. tt song was apparently so difficult tt the judges got a shock when they saw the scores. yet we were able to perform it so fantastically. we were the last team tt day. n we brought the whole competition to a climax. u have to b there to believe it. the music was reverberating throughout the whole hall. all of us were playing our hearts out. n towards the end, where the suonas play their melody bringing the song to the climax, it cld bring tears to ur eyes. suddenly all the hrs n hrs of endless practices were all worth it. all the scoldings. all the mental exhaustion. especially more so for the sec4s. our last syf. 30th anniversary. n yet another gold.
