why do people not realise, people who work for you do not appreciate being yelled at early in the morning over minuscule matters, and they sure do not like it when you complain to other people on the same team as them over something minor that they didn't do (but in actual fact it was because YOU yourself did not inform them to do). but most of all, they REALLY hate it when you pull THAT same old trick over and over again with every intention to threaten and scare, showing no bit of respect whatsoever.
no. because happy people make productive workers. and it's odd that somebody who's been in this position herself before do not understand this fact. people like these will not go far in this industry.
