i don't understand..
- why some ppl always take their friends for granted. do they understand the hurt that these friends go thru? how do you think it feels like to regard somebody so impt, only to have the person treating u like a piece of trash.
- why some ppl go thru extremes just to fit in with the 'in' crowd in sch. n how do they attempt this? by joining a sports cca, not out of interest, nor because they had played the sport before. but because of the status that comes with it. do they realise that once they graduate, this so-called status exists no more? 'everybody is nobody out of school. who gives a damn if u were once in some sport cca?' this from a sportsman himself. if u had joined a sports cca hoping to know more 'popular' people, or hoping to raise whatever status u have, news flash: if u fit in, u do. if u don't, you never will. don't bother
- how some ppl can actually say it aloud that chinese is useless. first n foremost, u being a chinese n saying that, don't u feel ashamed at all? oh i know, there's no pt in trying to bring that point across. sure. english has been established as an international language, even the china ppl are learning it! but hey smart aleck. who has a culture of 5000yrs? n how come the caucasians are learning chinese as well, n at the same time, speaking better than you do? besides, u think u can break into US or UK market? n when u cant, where r u going to go? chinese isn't just an advantage, especially more so when u ARE a chinese urself. wldnt it be hilarious when all the non-chinese ppl out there can speak your own language better than you do?
