alright. temporarily distracted by pretty boys and all that again
anywho the last day in HK was pretty peaceful. we woke up abit later and had a lovely truly authentic breakfast of instant noodles, toast, ham and eggs. with hot tea to wash it all down, at merely S$3.50.
hahaha! this is the friendly money changer that we pass by every single morning when we go looking for food. he probably likes us 'cos we give him lots of sing dollars. he is always highly amused by bernice hahaha.after the terrible weather the last couple of days, HK decided to bless us our last day with a chilly 13 degrees day out. :) we had a nice walk along the street
we then went back to our hotel to pack our bags and check out from the hotel.

the view from our roomwe left our luggage at the concierge and went back out for one last spot of shopping at the one place we havent't been to (and would be so wrong to not even step there): Causeway Bay.
but honestly, Causeway Bay isn't the most fun place to hang around when you don't have money left. we walked abit around Island Beverley (where i picked up my much-missed Burt's Bees products again!), traisped across many many little streets, and then eventually decided that we should just head back to Mongkok
one meal at Langham, one last round of Ladies Market to pick up last minute souveniers and goodies, it was almost time for us to head back to the hotel to pick up our luggage and start moving for the airport, BUT. not before we made ONE LAST stop at Jordan. HAHA
remember the sadako looking person sleeping at Jordan? well, guess what. when we were making our way towards Causeway Bay that day, we SAW HER AGAIN. AT THE EXACT SAME POSITION. and we all OMG-ED SO LOUDLY. and we were all abit creeped out. but well the most logical reason was that she's probably just a homeless person with nowhere to go. but since we were all such boliao people, we decided to just stop at Jordan for one last peek. unfortunately she wasn't there anymore so that was that. hahaa.
OH YEAH. ber and i were extremely distracted on one of the train rides. THERE WAS A HOT GUY! do you know how rare is that? i mean like really hot? like, ber-and-i-immediately-went-omg-hot? hahaha. we got wil to pretend to be posing for a picture while we shamelessly took Hot Guy's picture. alright the picture didn't turn out so well, but i would have you know that he's tall, has pretty eyes, gorgeous cheekbones and WAS WEARING A SUIT.
still not the best photo but hey, we do what we can ;)on the bus ride back to the airport, we all concussed. we were a tad too early even after we checked in our luggage and so it was a stroll around the airport. we still managed to pick up some goodies!
and soon, it was goodbye once more to my favourite place in the whole world :(
one very bumpy and boring and uncomfortable 3.5 hour ride later (it was a stupid old plane), we were back to humid ol' singapore. back to the reality of school and work.
